Because Ébloui strives for perfection in every piece, we are confident that we can offer our customers a lifetime guarantee. This guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement or repair. If the item is no longer available, you can exchange it for something of equal or lesser value.

This warranty is void in the event of any user damage (i.e.: wear and tear, scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, long-term fading, etc.).

Shipping and handling charges are not included in all warranty replacements. If a defect occurs during the warranty period and is approved by Ébloui as a manufacturer's error, please follow the instructions for returning a damaged part.

Ébloui will, at its sole discretion (optional), to the extent permitted by law, either repair the Product using new or refurbished parts, replace the Product with a new Product that is equivalent to the Product to be replaced, or refund all or part of the purchase price of the Product to you.

Ébloui has no obligation to repair, replace or refund until the defective product is returned to our warehouse.

When the damaged item is returned, it becomes the property of Ébloui.
