Can I return my order and get a refund?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Ébloui items within 14 days, you can return or exchange your item. The shipping costs for returns are for the customer.
To return your item, please use our returns form .
When will I receive a refund or exchange?
Once we have approved your return, it usually takes up to 10 business days for a refund to be processed, depending on your bank's processing time.
If you want to exchange something, we recommend that you return your order and purchase the correct item separately. This way, you will receive your Ébloui item the next day in the Netherlands and within 5 working days in the EU.

How does the lifetime warranty work?
Because Ébloui strives for perfection in every piece, we are confident that we can offer our customers a lifetime guarantee.
This warranty entitles you to a one-time replacement. If the item is no longer available, you may exchange it for something of equal or lesser value. This warranty is void in the event of any user damage (i.e.: wear and tear, scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, long-term fading, etc.).
Shipping and handling charges are not included in all warranty replacements. If a defect occurs during the warranty period and is approved by Ébloui as a manufacturer's error, please follow the instructions for returning a damaged part.
Ébloui will, at its sole discretion, option, to the extent permitted by law, either repair the product using new or refurbished parts, replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product to be replaced, or refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product.
Ébloui has no obligation to repair, replace or refund until the defective product is returned to our warehouse. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When the damaged item is returned, it becomes the property of Ébloui

Exclusions and limitations?
At Ébloui, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to provide the best service to our customers. However, it is important to note that certain factors will void the warranty coverage for your jewelry. These exclusions include:
Normal wear and tear: Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that may occur over time with regular use of the jewelry. Accidental damage: Any damage caused by dropping, bumping or misuse of the jewelry is not covered under the warranty. Abuse: Jewelry that has been subjected to abuse, misuse or intentional damage is not eligible for warranty coverage.
Misapplication: Misapplication of products, such as using non-Ébloui products or liquid silver polish, may void the warranty on your jewelry.
Exposure to Certain Environments: Warranty coverage does not apply to jewelry that has been exposed to extreme conditions, including swimming pools, hot tubs, salt water, spas, showers, or baths. It is important to understand that while we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products, our warranty does not cover damage or problems resulting from the factors listed above.
However, defects in workmanship or materials are covered by our warranty, so you can shop with confidence knowing we are committed to providing you with high-quality jewelry that meets our standards of excellence.

Yes all our jewelry is water, heat and sweat resistant. However we advise you not to swim with your jewelry as it can always get damaged.

YES! All of our moissanite jewelry easily passes the diamond tester.
