- Netherlands : Order before 22:00, next day delivery (free above €75)
- Germany, Belgium, Austria : 1-2 working days (free above €75)
- France : 1-3 working days (free above €75)
- Rest of EU : 2-5 working days (free above €75)
- Custom made jewelry : 2-4 weeks depending on demand
Track & Trace:
- All shipments are provided with a track & trace function.
- You will receive an email with the track & trace code as soon as your order is on its way.
Taxes and Customs Duties:
- Please note that any taxes, customs duties or import charges imposed by your country's authorities will be the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend checking your local customs regulations to understand potential additional costs.
- Ébloui does not collect any fees and has no control over any additional fees that may be charged by your government.
- Custom made jewelry is shipped according to the DDU principle (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Order processing:
- All orders are shipped within 24 hours if in stock. Please note that during sales or holiday periods, processing time may be slightly longer.
Ownership and Risk:
- Ownership of the product will pass to you upon delivery to the address you specified.
- We take the utmost care in packaging your order safely and securely.
- In the rare event of damage or loss during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will resolve the issue promptly.
