Can I return my order and get a refund?

If you are not completely in love with your Ébloui items within 14 days, you can return or exchange your item. The return shipping costs are for the customer.

When will I receive a refund or exchange?

Once we have approved your return, it usually takes up to 10 business days for a refund to be processed, depending on your bank's processing time.

If you want to exchange it, we recommend that you return your order and purchase the correct item separately. This way you will receive your item the next day in the Netherlands and within 5 working days in the EU.

Do I have to pay for a return or exchange?
